This Partnership Agreement governs the relationship between Novachi Group LLC ("Digital Defender") and individuals or organizations who apply and are accepted into the Digital Defender Affiliate Partner Program. By joining the program, you agree to these terms.
Partners must be 18 years or older, have a legitimate platform or audience, agree to promote Digital Defender honestly and accurately, and comply with all applicable laws including FTC disclosure requirements.
Accepted partners earn a 30% commission on the net value of subscriptions and purchases made by referred customers. A 50% bonus commission applies to school and classroom license referrals. Commissions are tracked via unique referral links provided upon acceptance.
Referral cookies remain valid for 60 days from the date a user first clicks your referral link. If a user makes a purchase within 60 days, you receive the commission.
Commissions are paid monthly on the 15th of the following month for the previous month's confirmed earnings. Minimum payout is $0 -- all earned commissions are paid regardless of amount. Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer.
Partners must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotions as required by FTC guidelines. Partners may not use deceptive advertising, make false claims about Digital Defender, bid on Digital Defender branded keywords without permission, or promote to children directly.
Partners may not create fake accounts or referrals, use spam or unsolicited messaging, misrepresent pricing or features, place referral links on inappropriate or harmful websites, or incentivize clicks without prior written approval.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Digital Defender may terminate immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination, outstanding commissions for confirmed sales will be paid within 60 days.
Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Digital Defender branding and marketing materials solely for approved promotional purposes. All intellectual property remains the property of Novachi Group LLC.
